We are never alone, even when we think we are.
If we simply stop, look, and listen, then we would see evidence of God’s presence in our lives and hear Him speaking to us in His still small voice.
A brief pause in the morning to reflect on the very gift of breath, health, and life, can help us realize that each day is a gift from God.
A short prayer of thanksgiving before our feet touch the floor places our focus on the One who stands ready to guide us through the day.
God’s presence is always with us — before us, beside us, and behind us.
Why don’t we recognize Him as He walks and talks with us about the conditions and circumstances of our lives?
Because we allow the busyness of life to consume us.
Because we are preoccupied with the things of the world around us.
God promised us that He would never leave us or forsake us, and He has kept that promise.
When we open our eyes, we will see Him.
When we open our ears, we will hear Him.
When we slow down and pray to Him, we will feel His very presence.
Hebrews 13:5, “……I will never leave you, nor forsake you.”
